Planning for Music Video- Audience Profile Correction

After pitch, our teacher gave us feedback on our audience profile. Everything was great, except two things. Where he buys his food and his psychographiv profile.
Before creating our potential audience profile we were aiming at 'mainstreamers'.

Mainstreamers- have a need for a security; plan for the future; has a pension; likes brands; doesn't want to stand out from the crowd- they want to go with the flow; makes up 40% of population ( largest group)

However, afterwards we realised that we had created a profile for a 'aspirers'

Aspirers-have a need for a status and status symbols; have a love for cash and credit cards; no intrest in job security; read the latest magazines, have latest gadgets; like the good thing in life; don't save their money; they want to send out signals about their money and status.

Because Lee Jones, likes gadgets and he creates his own music, buys his clothes at Hollister and works there he suits more an aspirer rather than a mainstreamer. However, there is a mixture of both of these profile

So if he is more an aspirer rather than mainstreamer, he would not buy his food at tesco. So we have to change it. We could argue that because he is a student, he does not have lot of time. Tesco is the most common supermarket and is basically in every corner. So these could be a reasons for why he is buying food there.
....However...
I think this statement would be to risky.
That is why I believe he would shop at M&S and Waitrose.
