Ben Howard Promo.

On my way to college today I saw a giant billboard. I took a picture, and typed the name in Google after, because I didn’t know who the artist was. The theme on the billboard is the photo in the actual album. I’ve also typed his name on YouTube, there’s this teaser for his album. It has the same location that the picture, so the picture must have been taken during the same time.

I like the idea, how it all links together. The billboard- shows what the album looks like, so the audience is more familiar with it, even though on the right bottom corner it has the realise date and all the information. There’s a teaser for the album, where you can listen to parts of the songs. I think it really gets people excited, and we can actually see the comments:

So I think it’s good to have a ‘theme’ –a choice of colours of location that links with the cover for your album, creates excitement and makes people more aware.
