One Direction are one of the most recent and successful boybands. Since coming fourth in the X Factor competition, they have released their first album, which is predicted fast sales since their first single 'What makes you beautiful' downloads soared and is one of the fastest selling singles ever. They have created a behind the scenes video for filming their first music video. This gives fans an exclusive look on how they made the video and possible out takes they might enjoy.
While on the X Factor tour, they had a deal with Pokemon on Nintendo, to promote their products. This convergence means that both companies get promoted at the same time, and encourages One Direction fans to buy Pokemon/Nintento products.
The social networking site twitter have a thing called 'trending topics' in which people use hash tags (#) to create a link to whatever they are talking about.
